MouldPartner was founded in 2008 to meet the needs of its partners to create a company with extensive technical know-how that would differentiate itself from others already in the market.

MouldPartner has the capability to develop and build tools in a wide range of technologies, such as low pressure injection moulding; gas assisted injection moulding, bi-material or bi-colour injection moulding, tri-material or tri-colour injection moulding, sequential injection moulding, stack moulds, etc.

The quality of the tool conception (2D/3D) plays an important part in the final result of our work. For that reason, we develop the moulds in detail, with total respect for the norms and guidelines specified by our costumers.
The large experience in the mould development gives us the capacity to observe and detect in advance potential risk areas of the product. This allows us to propose improvements that will ensure the correct moulding of the part as well as a perfect mass production process.
Construction of molds in the most varied technologies
To warrant our work philosophy “MouldPartner – the correct partnership for your projects” we have invested in equipment and technology, with the purchase of high-speed machining centres, including also the capability to work in 5-axis and CNC rapid drilling.
Equipped with a modern machine park, Mouldpartner offers an effective response to the need to reduce manufacturing times. Our use of the most advanced machining and drilling technology makes us a benchmark in the mold industry today.
A highly motivated team with a wealth of technical knowledge ensures exemplary performance in the manufacture of molds up to a maximum weight of 20 tons.
The last step in the process: materializing the client's idea
Whether for trials or for production, we are equipped with injection machines with clamping force from 65 up to 1.600 tons.
The investment made in our injection center, with the introduction of new injection machines and automation, allows us to supply plastic parts according to the needs and requirements of our customers.

In the end, the responsiveness of our logistics department allows us to deliver our molds and plastic parts correctly and on time, respecting the timings agreed with the customer.
